Falls Church Housing Corporation (FCHC) is a nonprofit Community Development Corporation (CDC), preserving affordable housing in northern Virginia In May 2011, FCHC became an affiliate of The NHP Foundation. This affiliation represents an expanded nonprofit housing mission in northern Virginia.
